Located in beautiful downtown Haddonfield, NJ in Kings Court, this special dinner at Valente’s Cucina will take place during the festive holiday season to showcase both the culinary art of Chef Johnnie Reynolds and the top-tier, small batch, handcrafted wines of the Chesca Family Wine Club. Diners will learn about and taste the Chesca bottle releases with each course, as well as personally interacting with founders Rob + Joe Evangelisti to become an exclusive club member, receiving 2 shipments annually.

Your Host For The Night...

Darren DeBlasi is a former Associate Director of a Management Consulting firm with a big passion for food. After graduating from Villanova University with a degree in Finance and French, his role as a Project Manager took him on the road for long stretches of time, bolstering his search for fine dining and desire for home-cooked meals. Following a departure from the corporate world, Darren escaped to Napa Valley to work a harvest at Peju Winery, enhancing his love of Wine while surrounded by vineyards.

An avid self-taught home chef, Darren has always been inspired by his Italian heritage, studies in France, and travels throughout Mexico. This led to specializing in Restaurant PR, Menu Development, Social Media Strategy, and Food Writing, while building a Private Dining and Event Planning business. Darren became a Chef at Cecil Creek Farm in Mickleton, NJ where he creates multi-course 'Farm to Table' Tasting Menus that reflect the growing season and New Jersey's bountiful 'Garden State' agriculture. Currently, Darren is an integral member of Glassboro-based Bonesaw Brewery as a sales representative, adding beer to his industry repertoire.
